Project Staffing: Projects are always staffed with SMBapps personnel, who may be assisted by a close network of affiliated consultants. Our affiliated consultants all have 10 to 25 years of experience in the management and development of software products. They know the market, they know the players, and chances are, they have "been there, done that". Software development work is outsourced to top developers in all parts of the world through an extensive network cultivated through over 20 years experience managing remote product development.
Randy Parker, President: Randy directs all project activities at SMBapps. As clients confirm time and time again, he has a unique capacity to skillfully integrate business and market realities with technical vision to enable software to provide massive customer value.
Randy founded and bootstrapped the SaaS pioneer Constant Contact (Nasdaq:CTCT). Constant Contact is best known for its email marketing service focused primarily on very small businesses. More recently, Parker has been instrumental to small business-focused initiatives with companies like Intuit and IBM.

Fun Facts: In 2012, Randy will celebrate several innovation anniversaries: 35 years of using email, 30 years since arriving at the MIT AI Lab, 25 years since he deployed a hands-free expert system driven by speech recognition (used at NASA), and his 25th year of developing software for tablet computers. He worked on one of the most-trafficked sports sites MapleLeafs.com, but remained a Bruins fan throughout.
